B2B MEETINGS

Only for MMH exhibitors and congress attendants
MMH offers the B2B meetings as an excellent opportunity to hold pre-arranged business meetings (15-minute-long bilateral interviews) with other participants in the Hall. They will take place from 17th to 19th October 2017 in the event venue and both exhibitors and congress attendants will have the possibility to take part in them.

These meetings must be pre-arranged by following a simple procedure.

Step 1: Register as a congress attendant into the Technical Conference by using the link available for registrations. Please, note that your registration must be formalised (paid) before you can take part in the B2B meetings.

Step 2: Provide both the meeting participant’s personal details and the company’s profile, as well as the areas in which you are interested and the timetable of your convenience and availability to hold the meetings.

Step 3: Meeting request. After opening the meeting request period, we will get in contact with you so that you can examine the Catalog of Attendants/Technological Profiles and choose those profiles of your interest with the purpose of holding meetings with the proposing organizations on Congress days.

Step 4: Meeting confirmation. When a participant requests a meeting with you, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm or reject said meeting. If you accept it, then it will be included in your B2B meeting schedule. Only those meetings that have been confirmed by both involved parties will be scheduled.

Step 5: Meeting schedule confirmation. Once the preliminary version of your schedule has been made, you will receive a notice to display it on-line on this website. You will have the possibility to cancel meetings and/or request changes.

Finally, the meetings planned on the final version of your schedule will be held on the Congress days.
